3Why should I contact you before booking a Komodo trip?
Komodo trips depend on boat availability, park rules, and schedules. Contacting us first ensures we secure the right boat category, confirm departure dates, check dietary needs, and assist with flights.

Komodo Trips & Logistics

1What types of Komodo trips do you offer?
We offer Daily Speedboat Trips (Shared/Private), 2D1N & 3D2N Trips (Shared/Private), 4D3N Trips (Private Only), and Komodo Diving Packages.
2Can I start my Komodo trip directly from Bali on the same day?
Yes, but for shared trips we strongly recommend arriving in Labuan Bajo 1 day before departure as boats leave early (around 6:00 AM) and flight delays could cause you to miss the boat.
3What are the shared trip departure schedules?
Regular shared trips depart on Monday–Wednesday and Friday–Sunday (Thursday usually no regular shared departure). Private charters can depart any day subject to availability.
4Are Komodo dragon, Manta ray, Padar Island & Pink Beach sightings guaranteed?
Dragons and Manta Rays are wild animals and destinations depend on sea/weather conditions. Sightings and visits cannot be 100% guaranteed, as safety always comes first.

Boats, Onboard Amenities & Meals

1Is Wi-Fi available on the boat?
Deluxe and Luxury Phinisi boats often have Wi-Fi, but connectivity in Komodo National Park can be unstable due to remote location and weather.
2Are alcoholic drinks provided? Can I bring my own?
Alcohol is not included in standard packages, but guests can usually bring their own beverages. Please inform us beforehand so we can check boat policies.
3Do you provide vegetarian or special dietary meals?
Yes! Vegetarian, halal, allergies, and special dietary needs can be catered for if informed during booking.

Yes, comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergency, evacuation, cancellation, baggage, and water activities is strongly recommended.
